It can if done incorrectly. We use lower pressure settings for wood fences and keep the nozzle at a safe distance to clean effectively without raising the grain or splintering the wood.

If you're planning to stain or seal your wood fence, cleaning it first is essential. We recommend waiting 48–72 hours after washing before applying any stain or sealant.

Do you clean both sides of the fence?

Yes, we clean both sides whenever accessible. If one side is against a neighbor's property, we'll discuss access options with you beforehand.
